Quiz component

The quiz component is a ready-to-go element that allows you to quickly and easily create a quiz video.

Step 1

You can add a quiz component in the components menu. Drag the component ‘quiz question’ to the timeline or to the canvas. You can also click on the three dots located to the upper right, after which you would have to choose ‘place element’.

Step 2

Select the element and go to ‘options. Choose a ‘variable name’ (optional). This is required when you want to use the variables in your video. Continue by typing the question you wish to ask. You can also change the colors if you wish to do so.

Step 3

Click on ‘add answer’ to create a possible answer. You can add a maximum of 8 answers. Enter the answer and an optional ‘hint’. The hint will appear as a subtitle beneath the answer. Choose a unique value for each answer. This is used to differentiate in the analytics dashboard. Continue by selecting the element you wish the user to be directed to, upon making his or her decision.

Step 4

After the interactive video has been distributed, you can monitor the user behavior in the analytics dashboard. Go to ‘Analytics’ in the main menu, and select the project. Continue by clicking on the tab ‘Elements’. In this table, you can accurately track how many times each of the answers is chosen.
